Q. How can I get in touch with you?

Q. How much does the postage cost?
A. Standard UK Delivery is FREE, however we also offer an Express UK Delivery Service (if ordered before 12 noon) and delivery throughout the World. The quickest way to find out is to add the item(s) you are interested in purchasing to the basket and then choose your delivery option/country the amount will be displayed BEFORE you buy. P&P prices vary depending on where the order is going, how quickly and the weight. You can see more on our delivery charges here.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. We offer standard delivery for the UK of 3-5 working days, but you can upgrade to Next Day Delivery (if ordered before 12 noon) as an option at the checkout. For the rest of Europe, our parcels are received within 3 to 7 days.
Q. I live in the US, how much does the postage cost and what is the delivery time?
A. Postage for one pair of boots or clogs to addresses in the United States costs £25 per pair and typically takes 10 working days to reach you. Again, just add the items to the basket and choose the delivery country to find out prices before buying.
Q. Can I choose a different delivery address, to my work for example?
A. Yes you can. Just enter the different delivery address at the checkout.
Q. How do I return an item for a refund or exchange?

Q. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your website?
A. Yes. When you reach the checkout, you will notice the padlock symbol in your browser bar and the prefix https, both signifying a secure page. We do not see your card details, only you do.
Q. Will I get a confirmation after buying a pair of wellies from you?
A. Yes. If you have entered or given your email address correctly, then the confirmation and tracking number will be sent to you. If you did not receive these emails it may be that your order didn't complete successfully. Please email us if you think your order failed and we will check for you. The other more common reason, is that the email address was entered incorrectly (by us or you!), again please email us to find out.
