Returning Your Wellingtons
We operate a no hassle returns policy. If when you receive your wellingtons you decide for any reason that you don't want them (or if they are the wrong size) you can return them for a refund or exchange them for another pair.
Please write instructions for us on the back of your paper invoice or delivery note. i.e refund or exchange for a different style etc.. Please include a cheque for £5.00 for the returns postage for adult boot exchanges and £3.00 for childrens boot exchanges and make cheque payable to Emilyhannah Ltd and send to

Refunds
You do not need to include a cheque if you only want a refund.
The item(s) must arrive back with us in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Damaged Goods
If, when you open the parcel, you find the boots have been damaged by the postal service, please telephone us IMMEDIATELY. We will send you a replacement. Please return the damaged pair and we will extract compensation from the post office and reimburse your postage charge.
Cancellations
You have up to to seven days from receiving your goods to cancel your order for a full refund (including postage) if you change your mind. This is known as the seven day cooling off period.
