After you have placed your order for wellington boots with us, you will receive two emails; one from Worldpay or Paypal and one from us.
The email from Worldpay or Paypal (our secure payment processors) and the email from us will go to the email address you enter along with your name and address. So please make sure you enter a valid email *address and check your 'bulk mail' and 'junk mail' folders incase the emails go there and not into the 'inbox'

Please keep and print your confirmations for your own records.
We require the Transaction I.d ( beginning with RC) which can be found at the top of both of the confirmation emails, in all correspondance regarding your order. Quoting the transaction I.d number will make it quick and easy to track your order on our system.
