i) By ordering from our website you are entering into a legally binding agreement that you have read and except the terms and conditions below.

ii) Promotions
Free items given away in promotions will be charged at the original retail price if the other item is returned for a refund

iii) If you the customer order an incorrect size or are not happy with your choice of design or colour of the boots you have ordered we Emilyhannah are not responsible for the postage costs of returns and replacements. As with shopping online, the customer is unable to try on the goods before purchase. Emilyhannah therefore ask that you choose your design and size carefully (see size chart) as this can sometimes make postage quite costly.

iv) If you receive the incorrect order, or damaged boots please email or call us straight away, within 30 working days of receiving your order and we will send out a replacement pair or refund you in full once we have inspected the goods and checked the order. 

v) All goods are guaranteed for 6 months from the purchase date.

vi) You have up to 30 days from the purchase date to return goods for a refund of the cost of your goods minus the postage or to exchange them for another design or size.

Your Right To Cancel

vii) You have up to seven days from receipt of the goods to return then for a full refund (including postage) if you change your mind about the purchase.
