RAIN BOOTS ORDER CONFIRMATION
After you have placed your order for rain boots with us, you will receive two emails; one from Worldpay and one from Romancart.
The email from Worldpay (our secure payment processor) and the email from Romancart (they provide the 'buy now' functions) will go to the email address you enter along with your name and address. So please make sure you enter a valid email *address and check your 'bulk mail' and 'junk mail' folders incase the emails go there and not into the 'inbox'
* We do not give out email addresses to other companies so it is safe for you to enter your correct email address.
Please keep and print your confirmations for your own records.
We require the Transaction I.d ( the 8 figure number) which can be found at the top of both of the confirmation emails, in all correspondance regarding your order. Quoting the transaction I.d number will make it quick and easy to track your order on our system.
