Returning your Wellingtons
We operate a no hassle returns policy. If when you receive your galoshes you decide for any reason that you don't want them (or if they are the wrong size) you can return them for a refund or exchange them for another pair.
Please complete the returns form on the back of the invoice, telling us exactly what you want us to do. i.e refund or exchange for a diffent style etc.. Please buy a gift voucher for £18 on the site for the returns postage for all exchanges.
They must arrive back with us in original condition within 60 days of purchase.
We will refund the cost of the boots, but cannot refund the postage fee too.
Also if you want to exchange your galoshes you will need to pay the extra postage fee. Sorry about that but postage is quite expensive and we only charge what the post office charge us.
If, when you open the parcel, you find the boots have been damaged by the postal service, please telephone us IMMEDIATELY. We will send you a replacement. Please return the damaged pair and we will extract compensation from the post office and reimburse your postage charge.
