A. If you have ordered the wrong size or would like to exchange a pair of wellies for a different design then you will have to pay the postage to return the boots to us and to have the new boots sent out.
We encourage our customers to take a look at the size chart to make sure the correct size wellies are chosen as postage costs can get expensive.
If we have sent you two left boots or the wrong design, then we will pay for the return postage and then the postage back out. If it is our mistake then we of course pay all of the postage.
