A. We ask you to provide a valid email address (either work home or work email) so that you can receive the two confirmations you get from us for you to print off and keep for your records.
The phone number is optional (again either home or work), but it is handy incase you forgot to choose a size when ordering or if we are suddenly out of stock of the gumboots you ordered.
Also if you are ordering over the phone, incase we took your details down wrong (especially those early bird phonecalls!).
